This adult chocolate banana parfait combines the powerful flavour of Amazonian cacao, a pesticide-free cacao from Peru, with Balangon bananas, pesticide-free bananas that grow wild in the Philippines, and is a classic yet maximised quality product.
Not only is it visually appealing, but when the rich, mild sweetness of the banana is combined with the fruitiness of the cacao, it is a sweet that opens the door to the cacao kingdom for those who taste it.

Not only does it combine organic sencha tea from Hosuien, an organic tea company under the jurisdiction of the Jinguji Office, with pesticide-free citrus fruits, but also roses grown without pesticides in Okuizumo and a group of herbs with medicinal power are precisely combined in one glass to create a certain taste and aroma that spreads in the mouth every time it is eaten.
The experience of the marriage of ingredients that you eat as well as the presentation, which is inspired by the image of a garden of goddesses, is a beauty-themed sweet that makes you feel beautiful from the inside out.

Special beets, which have been carefully cultivated in Kyoto for many years without the use of pesticides, are carefully backed and blended with rose juice grown naturally in Okuizumo to create a soup.
The delicate, layered aroma is finished off with a delicate accent of Madagascar pesticide-free vanilla bean sablé shavings.

Vigorous Nagoya Coach liver, raised without hormones or vaccines, is cooked at low temperature in a confit with an interpretation unique to a sweet shop. The subtle sweetness of white aubergine grown completely without pesticides creates a fresh marriage.

The noble aroma of pesticide-free cucumber is arranged with special Gorgonzola cheese made from milk from pasture-raised cows in this salad for beauty from the inside out. The three-dimensional flavour of the Japanese cured ham, made from pork from Akita Prefecture, which has been carefully raised without antibiotics and without using any colouring agents or preservatives, but only with sun-dried salt, is a perfect accompaniment to the Vin Naturel.

Risotto with quinoa, an Andean grain also known as a superfood, and pesticide-free Akita komachi.
The Parmegiano Reggiano is made by a dedicated producer who uses no other ingredients than milk and salt. Serve with a poached egg of half-cooked yellow-spotted plymouth rock, crumbled.

200 g of aged Yazaki beef sirloin, which is not only perfectly grass-fed beef but also raised without vaccines or hormones, is carefully alooze-cooked in an iron pan made using a traditional domestic technique. The tenderness and strength of the beef is accompanied by a unique sweet and savoury flavour, served with five types of natural salt and homemade salt malt.
